About SWAT
A Different Kind of Healthcare Experience
SWAT is an independent, locally focused medical practice providing wellness, primary-care, acute-care, and specialized health services. Our goal is to give patients convenient access to a provider who listens, communicates honestly, and takes the time to develop a practical plan.
We believe good healthcare means knowing what can be managed safely—and recognizing when a patient needs testing, emergency evaluation, or specialty care. When your needs extend beyond our scope, we will help connect you with the right resources rather than allowing your care to end with a referral.
Meet Your Providers
Bradley J. Olsen is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience in family medicine, urgent care, emergency care, telehealth, and post-acute care. He provides practical, evidence-based care to patients across the lifespan.
Bradley earned his bachelor’s degree in biology with a minor in chemistry from the University of Utah and his Associate Degree in Nursing from Chandler-Gilbert Community College. He later completed his Doctor of Nursing Practice and Family Nurse Practitioner training at Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions.
His background includes working as an emergency department nurse in a Level II Trauma Center and managing patients in high-volume urgent care, family practice, telehealth, and skilled nursing settings. He has experience treating acute illnesses, injuries, and chronic conditions and performing procedures such as suturing, incision and drainage, splinting, casting, and joint injections.
Bradley’s approach is straightforward, practical, and focused on what is genuinely best for the patient. He believes in honest communication, sensible treatment plans, and helping patients understand the reasoning behind their care.
Bradley knows what he knows—and knows what he does not know. When a patient needs testing, emergency evaluation, or specialty care beyond his expertise, he will be honest and help connect them with the appropriate healthcare resource.
He believes a strong provider-patient relationship depends on trust, communication, and a good personal fit. Bradley may be a little rough around the edges, but patients who connect with his approach can expect a provider who will advocate fiercely for their health and well-being.
Jessica M. Jimerson is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care for individuals and families throughout every stage of life.
Her diverse clinical background includes family medicine, emergency care, surgical care, and aesthetic medicine. This broad experience has shaped her comprehensive approach to patient care and her understanding that good health involves treating the whole person—not simply managing a diagnosis.
Jessica is a strong patient advocate with a particular passion for helping people manage acute illnesses, chronic medical conditions, and long-term wellness goals. She believes patients achieve the best outcomes when they understand their health and feel empowered to participate in their care. Through practical education, preventive care, and personalized treatment plans, Jessica works with each patient to improve their health, wellness, and overall quality of life.
Raised in sunny St. George, Utah, Jessica is proud to care for patients in the community she calls home. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Southern Utah University in 2011 and completed her Master of Science in Nursing through Georgetown University’s highly regarded Family Nurse Practitioner program in 2017. She brings more than a decade of nursing experience and nearly a decade of experience as a Nurse Practitioner to SWAT Health.
Outside the clinic, Jessica enjoys singing, serving her community, spending time outdoors with her family, and celebrating Southern Utah’s western heritage. An accomplished horsewoman, she also enjoys competing in rodeos, reining, and cutting competitions.
Jessica is excited to welcome patients to SWAT Health and looks forward to helping individuals and families build healthier, more fulfilling lives.
